Despite being Tyson Fury’s promoter, Bob Arum is wary of the threat Oleksandr Usyk poses should the pair fight.
After beating Derek Chisora by tenth round stoppage on Saturday, Fury’s attention immediately turned to a potential undisputed clash with Usyk next year.
Usyk joined Fury in the ring following his latest victory and ‘The Gypsy King’ did not hold back, shouting in his face: “Usyk you’re next you little b****.
“You are next. Me and you next. You’re next. Rabbit! P****! 15st little midget bodybuilder. Well I ain’t a bodybuilder, I’m going to write you off.
“I already done one Ukrainian in [Wladimir] Klitschko, didn’t I? And I’ll do you as well, gappy teeth.
“You ugly little man. Lets get it on b****. You may laugh now but I’ll end this little sucker. I’ll end you. You little sucker. What are you gonna do? You’re gonna do f*** all you little sausage.”
While Usyk has impressed since making the move up to heavyweight from cruiserweight by becoming unified world champion, Fury is still widely regarded as the number one heavyweight in the world and he would be a big favourite if the pair were to fight.
With that being said, Fury’s promoter, Arum, believes it would not be wise to disregard Usyk’s chances, making reference to the bravery that Ukrainians have shown in their ongoing war with Russia.

“He’s a Ukrainian. Ukrainians fight like nobody else in the world,” Arum told iD Boxing.
“People didn’t give them a chance against Russia, a so much bigger country, and they’re knocking the crap out of Russia.
“Don’t bet against the Ukrainian.
“I think Tyson wins that fight, but Usyk is going to give him everything that he has.”
